 QuickBooks Company contains all the financial records for a single business, the first thing you must do is create a QuickBooks company for your financial records.

 

 

 

Starting QuickBooks Program

 

1.      Open “Start Menu” and Choose “Programs

2.      Choose “QuickBooks”  and Choose” QuickBooks” Program

 

 

 


Setting up a Company in QuickBooks

 

1.      Open “File” menu, choose “New Company

1.      Click “Skip Interview” Button, to skip  the Interview

2.      Type the Company Name, Legal Name, Address and etc

3.      Choose “Next” Button

4.      Select the Type of your Company

5.      Choose “Next” Button and “Save” Button

 

 

Lesson Two Changing Your Company Information

 

Open “Company” Menu and Choose “Company Information

Make any change you want and Choose “Ok” button
