Responsibilities:
To participate in deployment of new or upgrade information technology and infrastructure projects, including assisting co-workers and vendor partners.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications to the Five Star Clients, including UN agencies and International NGO.
Mentors less experienced clients in multiple area of expertise.
Reviews operation processes to ensure consistent approval and compliance.
Makes recommendations and changes as appropriate.
Updates manuals/guides to incorporate new recommended products to the Clients.
Achievements:
Adheres to the integrity of control, regulations and guidelines.
Coordinates the resolution of escalated applications, hardware and software problems.
Assists systems, programming and vendor professional as needed to resolve problems.
