4.  If you selected "Number", "Currency", "Accounting", "Percentage" or "Scientific", specify number of decimal. 

5. Choose "Ok" button.

Filtering Data in a Range as a Table

1. Select single cell within the list you want to filter.

2. Click "Data" menu and choose "filter" and then "Auto filter"

3. Use any criteria you want to use in the filter.

4. To exit filter, choose Click "Data" menu and choose "filter" and then "Auto filter" again.

Sorting Data in a Range as a Table

1. Select the range you want to sort its data. Click "Data" menu and choose "Sort"In the "Sort by" select the column you want to sort.
